Product Description

This is a high precision automatic melt flow rate tester, used to determine all kinds of plastics, resins in viscous flow state through a certain temperature and load, every 10min through the standard mold melt flow rate MFR/MVR value.

It is suitable for polycarbonate, fluorine plastic, nylon and other engineering plastics with higher melting temperature, but also suitable for polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin and other plastics with lower melting temperature test.

The equipment is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical and other industries as well as the relevant colleges and universities, scientific research units and commodity inspection departments.

Product Features

1. Two-stage temperature control mode, 2 sets of platinum resistance sensors, 2 heating sleeves for separate temperature control, high-precision intelligent PID control, temperature rise slope, namely, temperature rise speed can be adjusted.

2. The temperature resolution is 0.1℃, the temperature uniformity is 0.5℃, the temperature fluctuation within 24 hours is not more than 0.5℃, the displacement sensor resolution is 0.01mm.

4. Manual/Automatic cutting, cutting time (0~999), cutting times (0~999) can be set arbitrarily.

5. The test can choose the mass method, or the volume method, or both test methods, and the flow rate ratio can be calculated. Both methods start the test when the piston rod is moved to a certain position.

6. Built-in temperature stability warning alarm, and add 240 seconds (GB3682 provisions) material preheating seconds countdown, after the end of the countdown, the prompt sound, can also set the American standard (ASTM) and other preheating time.

7. Built-in plastic material melt index test conditions, convenient for customers to use at any time, reduce the tedious workload, and store the last test conditions and results.

8. Built-in micro printer for easy printing of test data.

9. High precision touch screen controller, 7 inch touch screen, can store and print the latest test conditions and data, test print menu Settings include test time (system default), operator, material name, test method, test conditions (temperature, weight, cutting time interval), test result data.

10. Reserved RS232 interface or USB interface to connect to the computer, through the computer control instrument operation and test data transmission and saving to the computer.
