The Ultraviolet Cosmetics SPF Test Instrument is a special instrument used to test the SPF of cosmetics, which can directly measure the transmittance and barrier rate of cosmetics to ultraviolet radiation, and calculate the SPF value and suntan index UVAPF value of cosmetics, as well as the PA rating system based on UVAPF value.
