Product Description

The XHP-PE-T Electronic Dough Extensometer is primarily used to determine flour quality and dough stretching characteristics.  Used in conjunction with the PF series farinograph, it can simulate the production of baked goods in the laboratory, providing fast and reliable predictions of the final product quality. The extensometer stretches dough that has been proofed for a period of time until it breaks. High-precision sensors measure the tensile force during the stretching process, and software calculates various characteristic parameters of the stretched dough, thereby providing a reliable and accurate evaluation of flour quality.

• Utilizes high-precision sensors and electronic systems for high-speed data acquisition, displaying the relationship between tensile force and elongation in real time in the software, providing a more intuitive presentation of experimental results;

• Enclosed arc-shaped design provides dustproof and heat insulation functions, resulting in a beautiful, stable, and elegant appearance;

• Features overload protection: the machine immediately stops and emits an alarm sound if the collected data exceeds the overload protection threshold of 1500 EU during the experiment;

• Three fermentation chambers have independent real-time temperature displays, allowing for more accurate control of fermentation chamber temperature;

• Equipped with a timer function for convenient setting of fermentation time and precise control of the experimental progress;

• The stretching mechanism uses synchronous belt drive and a high-efficiency stepper motor, resulting in more precise stretching speed and lower noise;

• The fermentation chamber drawers are equipped with air cushion slides, ensuring durability and easier handling of fermentation samples.
