The Scratch Tester is a specialized instrument for measuring the hardness of paint films. It is suitable for evaluating the scratch resistance of single coatings or coating systems on insulating color-coated boards. It applies pressure under a certain weight and judges the scratch resistance of the coating based on whether the stylus breaks through the coating or the maximum load without breaking through the coating. Users can manually input relevant parameters to control the instrument's operation to achieve the desired results.
