XHP-PD-9600 Near-Infrared Grain Analyzer
Product Category:Spectroscopic detection
The XHP-PD-9600 Near-Infrared Analyzer is a rapid analysis instrument used for determining various physical and chemical components in grain samples, such as moisture, fat, protein, fiber, ash, and amino acids. Because it requires no sample pretreatment, is non-destructive, and non-polluting, and utilizes computer technology, it can quickly detect up to a dozen indicators within one minute, making it widely used in various fields.
• Utilizes a built-in high-resolution detector, a sealed light source design, stable scanning grating optical components, and reliable curve calibration to ensure optimal detection results for every analysis;
• Employs the most advanced high-precision integrated optical module design and 1024-step control technology, ensuring all results are traceable to the corresponding standards;
• Features a long-life light source lamp with a design life exceeding 10,000 hours, and includes a light source self-test function;
• Built-in SSD solid-state drive offers low power consumption, low heat generation, no noise, a wide operating temperature range, and is shock-resistant, capable of storing data for an unlimited number of samples;
• Includes built-in remote control software for remote fault diagnosis, data reading, and technical support;
• Non-contact sample loading method and automatic sample loading enable fully automatic measurement of grains of various particle sizes;
• Automatically divides the measured sample into 16 sub-samples, sequentially measuring the components of all sub-samples to ensure accuracy in testing non-uniform samples; a dedicated module is used for powder samples;
• Equipped with a network card, supporting LAN access, allowing integration into the near-infrared quality analyzer standard network and automatic grain receiving system, controlling the curves used by each instrument and real-time monitoring of their analysis results;
• Optical components are manufactured using a solidified modular process, ensuring all instruments are identical, allowing for seamless transfer of models between instruments and guaranteeing identical results.
