Product Description

This machine test cold-endurance of rubber, plastic, shoe, synthetic leather…etc. It is helpful for analyzing both materials and products properties in the cold environment. The test chamber can be equipped with a variety of flexing/bending grips which are made by stainless steel. There are the following models to dynamically test the specimens in cold environment.

Test Standards

ASTM-D1052, ISO-5423, SATRA TM60, HB-T2411, HG/T 2411, ISO-4643,

SATRA TM92, EN 13634...ect

Product Features

Working Chamber Material: SUS #304 Stainless Steel.

Reasonable air duct and circulation system make the temperature uniformity in good condition in the the working chamber.

Using high-performance motors and fan blades, with air convection and breeze device, the air in the inner cavity can be renewed and circulated.

The use of nano-material door seals and insulation materials makes the performance of the whole machine more superior.

Adopt original imported France Tecumseh compressor.

Box insulation material: 100mm high temperature resistant rigid polyurethane foam.

Cold and heat exchange device adopts ultra-high efficiency SWEP cold coal cold and heat exchange design.

Use big touch screen programmable controller.
